Crocodile 215 Fountain Pen Review
CROCODILE 215
Preface
This pen is one I have been looking for for quite a while. I originally saw this pen on a Youtube channel called "Chinese Handwriting". And the pen wasn't listed in any of their videos. So, after searching for much longer than I'd like to admit I found it. This pen is the Crocodile 215.

Pros
Although I have only had this pen for a short time, I have had a great experience. To start off, this pen has tremendous aesthetics. The matte black version I have looks very nice with the bits of gold trim and crocodile detailing. Another nice bit about this pen is its solid feel. Being that the pen is made completely of metal, I definitely don't feel like I'm holding a pen as cheap as it is. This fountain pen is also a bit of a dry writer, so for artists like me, it can be better used in conjunction with other media like watercolor with less fear of smudging.
Cons
As nice as this pen is, it does have some shortcomings. For one, the pen has some leaking issues. I did say that the pen writes dry, and that is true, but because the cap requires so muscle to take off, it can result in you pulling too hard and flinging ink across your paper. A much smaller con is that the matt surface of the body of the pen is just waiting for scratches and oily fingerprints. The pen also does not post, so if you are in the habit of posting pens, this will be a bit off.
